Product Performance:
1. The spindle of the spindle box is a through-shaft structure, and the spindle is supported by high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearings, with high precision and good stability.
2. The main transmission is driven by an AC spindle servo motor or a DC motor, with two hydraulic gears, stepless speed regulation within the gear, wide speed regulation range, and good adaptability.
3. The bed guide rails adopt an integral three-way guide rail or an integral four-way guide rail, and adopt a fine grinding processing method. The main guide rail surface of the bed adopts medium-frequency quenching treatment, and the hardness can reach HRC52.
4. The tailstock is an integral box-shaped structure, and the mandrel in the sleeve adopts a double-row short cylindrical roller bearing with high-precision adjustable radial clearance; the movement of the sleeve and the tailstock are both motorized and equipped with a force measuring device.
5. The tool holder adopts a ball screw in the horizontal direction and a high-precision rack and double-tooth bar anti-backlash structure in the vertical direction, which improves the transmission accuracy of the tool holder.
6. The machine tool is equipped with a walking platform and a suspended button station for easy operation.
