Uses of Turning and milling center:
This series of machine tools are three-axis three-linkage CNC turning centers designed mainly for semi-finishing and finishing of shaft and disc parts, as well as milling of outer circles, end faces, keyways, drilling and tapping. The machine tools are equipped with advanced CNC systems. In addition to turning straight lines, oblique lines, arcs (cylindrical surfaces, revolving surfaces, spherical surfaces, conical surfaces), straight and conical metric and imperial threads, they also have the ability to mill outer circles, end faces, keyways, drill radial and axial holes, and process threads. They are suitable for processing various discs, sleeves and shaft parts with complex shapes and high precision.
Features:
1. The whole bed is cast by resin sand technology, and after aging treatment, it has beautiful appearance, good rigidity and high precision.
2. The 45° inclined bed and linear guide rail are used to achieve faster moving speed and improve processing accuracy.
3. High-quality scraper plates are used to prevent guide rails from being scratched, and the guide rail surface is plastic-coated, which has good wear resistance and high precision.
