Use of  Conventional Pipe Threading Lathe:

This series of pipe threading lathes are mainly used to process internal and external threads of pipes. They can also be used as ordinary lathes. They can process the outer circle, inner hole and end face of shafts and discs. The machine is equipped with a taper device and can process workpieces with tapers. The machine is widely used in the processing and repair of drill pipes, joints, casings and other parts in the petroleum industry. It is also used for thread processing of various pipelines, drill pipes, etc. in the chemical, coal, geological and other industries.

1. The main spindle has a large bore, high passability, and the double chucks hold the workpiece stably.
2. The high-quality high-strength cast iron casting has good rigidity and high precision for the overall bed.
3. The surface of the guide rail is treated with ultrasonic quenching, with high hardness and long life.
